Grok translated my coworker's tweet as sexualized

My coworker responded to an invitation to meet up with Sichuan Chinese Venture Capitalists (the event mandates that dialect only), and she used Sichuan slang to respond. Grok translated her request to meet up as a _threesome._ https://x.com/Richelle_Ji/status/2071796989638140253 We use twitter professionally to connect with developers, and this is just incredibly frustrating. Why has AI translation stalled? Why is Grok just so sexualized? What is going on here! Not sure who else to share this with, hopefully hacker news can shine some light on this mess.

Grok is literally built to create nonconsensual porn, so this doesn't seem very surprising to have it sexualize translations.

I plugged the tweet text into Google Translate and it looked just fine. Same with ChatGPT. YMMV
