"Task manager's creator" might be intended as a selling point, but if it's obviously vibe-coded and the site is filled with claudeisms, does that really matter?

Huh. Might as well make it skinnable like Winamp. Ask Claude to do that, why don't you, Dave?
Title should be "Self-promoting YouTuber refers to himself in video title in third person".

Even the screenshot of the UI itself. Claude is enamored with wrapping labels in a ton of almost gaudy, decadent glow effects in the form of offset text shadows to the point where the text is practically blurry.

Good lord, why is everything glowing? Why is the header font so goofy? Why is there a big unnecessary "LIVE" label? That last one is such a bad Claude-ism, it evidently can't help itself even when the info being presented has zero reason to NOT be live.

Unfortunately it's now a positive feedback loop where AI is trained on AI meaning these weird design choices are now more common than not.

I haven't tried this new app, but Windows Task Manager has always had the ability to pause. Hold down Ctrl and it'll pause updates. You can also set the update frequency to Paused.

It's hideous. It's puzzling to me that the two things were made by the same person (LLM caveat nonwithstanding).
