Flexible PTO
We believe people do their best work when they have agency over their time. Take the time you need to rest, recharge, and prioritize what matters outside of work—we’ve built our flexible PTO to support that.
Parental leave
We value and support the family planning process. We offer family-forming benefits, along with up to 16 weeks of leave for birthing parents and 12 weeks for non-birthing parents in the US.
