BOM Manager: one BOM for every board in your project

Beta: free Premium for one workspace, for life

Keep a BOM per PCB, share one part library across boards, see live LCSC, DigiKey and TME prices and stock, and order exactly what your next build is missing.

Works with

- LCSC

- DigiKey

- TME

- KiCad

- JLCPCB

- CSV / Excel

Spreadsheets break when a project has more than one board

- The same 10k resistor lives in five sheets under five part numbers.

Each part is stored once. Possible duplicates are found and merged, and imports reuse parts you already have.

- Which board still has the old regulator, and in which revision?

Every part lists the boards and revisions that use it, and snapshots show what changed between revisions.

- Prices and stock were out of date the day you copied them.

Prices and stock come live from LCSC, DigiKey and TME.

- How many of each part for 2 mainboards and 12 sensor boards?

Enter how many of each board you're building; the order adds it up and rounds to price breaks.

- You order a reel that's already sitting in a drawer.

Orders subtract what you have. Builds and write-offs keep your stock accurate.

- A teammate edited a different copy of the BOM.

Everyone works in one shared workspace.

Everything a multi-board project needs, in one place

- ### One part library

Each component is stored once per workspace and shared by every board, with specs, datasheets, prices and your own stock.

- ### A consolidated BOM per project

Every board keeps its own BOM. The project adds them up per set of boards, with costs, shortages and where each part is used.

- ### Orders that know your stock

Draft an order for any mix of boards. It subtracts what you have, rounds up to MOQs and price breaks, and fills the distributor's cart.

From schematic to shopping cart

Search distributors the way their websites do

Browse LCSC, DigiKey and TME by category, filter by real specifications, and add parts to your library or straight onto boards.

- Parametric filters with min/max ranges

- Live stock and price breaks

- Your own API keys, with rate limits handled for you

Import the BOMs you already have

Drop in a KiCad, JLCPCB or your own CSV/Excel file. Columns are detected, parts are matched by supplier number or MPN, and duplicate designators are flagged.

- Automatic column mapping

- Unknown parts fetched from the distributor

- Export per board, for JLCPCB, or as a purchasing list

Plan the build, then order once

Say how many of each board you're building. The draft estimates the cost from current prices, skips what's in stock, and exports the cart for your supplier.

- Per-board counts across projects

- Switch supplier and compare

- Received orders add to your stock

Made for teams

Invite colleagues, keep admins in control, and work in English, Bulgarian or German, in light or dark mode.

- Workspaces, roles and invitations

- Step-up verification for sensitive actions

- USD or EUR prices at the ECB rate

Questions and answers

What is BOM Manager? A shared workspace for the bills of materials of PCB projects with several boards. Each board keeps its own BOM, parts are stored once, and the project view adds everything up for building and ordering.

Which distributors are supported? LCSC works without any setup. DigiKey and TME work with your own free developer API keys, which you add in the workspace settings. KiCad, JLCPCB and spreadsheet files can be imported.

Why do I need my own API keys? Distributors limit how often their APIs can be called. With your own keys you get your own quota; the app tracks it, pauses before a limit is hit and tells you when to try again.

Who can see my data? Only the members of your workspace. API keys are stored encrypted and never sent to the browser.

What does the beta offer mean? Every account created during the beta keeps Premium for one workspace for life, at no cost. If you delete that workspace, your next new one gets it.

Does it keep track of board revisions? Yes. A snapshot of a board's BOM is saved on every import, build, new revision and order, and you can save your own. Compare the current BOM with any snapshot or with another revision to see added, removed and swapped parts.

What happens to duplicate parts when I import old spreadsheets?

Imports reuse a part already in your library, however its number is written. Parts that are still duplicated, including interchangeable resistors and capacitors under different part numbers, are listed under Possible duplicates, where you merge them into one.
