How it works

Every project is a listing in the contract with a cumulative bid in ETH. The board is just those listings sorted high to low. Creating a listing costs the minimum opening bid; after that, anyone can send more ETH toward any listing to push it up. Bids are payments, not deposits: you're buying the rank while you hold it, so getting passed doesn't refund you. Bids accumulate in the contract until the operator withdraws them: a single key controls that treasury, so you're trusting the operator with custody, not a decentralized escrow.

Example: your listing sits at a cumulative 5 ETH. Someone else tops theirs up to 5.5 ETH and passes you. To retake the spot you don't pay their total, or a flat amount above it; you just need your own cumulative bid to end up higher. You've already got 5 ETH in, so sending another 0.51 ETH brings your total to 5.51 ETH and puts you back on top.

An on-chain pay-to-rank leaderboard. Ranking is contract-enforced; bid funds are operator-custodied.
