When submissions close, the finished image will be printed as one iPhone 17 Pro Max skin for the project creator’s phone. Each tile costs US$1. Contributors receive a personal-use download and a certificate. No physical product is shipped.

Still deciding where you fit? Here are the details that matter before you submit an image.

01 What am I buying? You are purchasing a place in the Skin of the Year image project, not a physical phone skin. Each tile costs US$1, and your image stays attached to the contiguous block you choose.

02 Do I receive a physical iPhone skin? No physical skin is shipped to contributors. Once submissions close, the finished image will be printed as one iPhone 17 Pro Max skin for the project creator's phone.

03 How do I add my image? Choose a tile pack, tap an open spot on the phone, and upload a JPG or JPEG with a solid background. Files must be 10 MB or smaller. Your image cannot be changed after payment.

04 When does the canvas lock? Submissions close on October 1, 2026. At that point the grid closes permanently and the final image is generated.

05 Can I get a refund?

Refunds are limited to verified duplicate charges and technical payment failures. Because submissions are published and each block is selected for you, change-of-mind refunds are not available. See the participation terms for the full policy.Read the participation terms.

06 What do I get after the canvas is finished? You will receive access to the finished image for personal, non-commercial use and a certificate showing your contributor name, tile count, and coordinates. No physical product is included.
